This is just to gauge interest.

Starting in June I was going to launch an effort to work my way through available assets and make an effort to check them all.

This is a big task.

The reason I picked June is because by then, hopefully, the next patch will be out and the July Finnish shutdown approaching. This will give chance for everyone to take stock of things.

If there are any others out there who'd be willing to commit some time to this I'd be interested in hearing from them.

My first thought of how to organise this was to create a Workshop Collection per Tag type and add good assets to each collection.

Any Takers?

Workshop clean up? What is this about? The other thread where someone asked for CO to remove mods from the workshop?
What are the criteria to be a "good" mod? I mean.. there are some crazy stuff on the workshop, I admit, but someone MIGHT want a 300,000 tris/8k texture building for screenshot purpose. Asking CO to remove mods isn't a good idea, imho modding is all about improving the game how you want and share it for others. As long as there is nothing that could damage your computer, CO/Devs shouldn't remove anything.

Creating a collection of mods YOU like is a good idea, that's what collections are for, but calling this "Workshop clean up" could lead to very, very bad things.

Edit: I just re-read the other thread and you seem to have a reasonable idea of how to do it.
You find an asset that is well designed and works, you rate it up.
You find an asset that is not well designed and causes issues, you leave a comment explaining the issue and rate it down.
I'm okay with that, but calling it "clean up" seems to imply you want them removed from the workshop. A team of knowledgeable people working together to verify and HELP mods author to improve their work is good. Just make sure your "team" doesn't mass downvote other's work. Brigading is bad :)

Yeah, I wanted to change it to something like "Tidy Up" or "Organise", but can't seem to work out how to do that :(

And yes "good" is subjective which is why I wouldn't suggest removing any. The Collection idea seemed a better approach.
