Void, Psi and he who waits (Utopia + Horizon Signal)

I was toying around with empire builds. Pre utopia I had a spiritual, xenophobic, individualist empire. That focused on psi and eventually converted to the worm.

How would such a bit be working with utopia now? As taking the worm will remove spiritualist, in favor of either extremism pacifist and I assume individualist will now be replaced with egalitarian?

It is harder to get the worm as they double the chance but made it so you only can get the first signal on the first time entering a black hole system

I've just got horizon signal for the first time, in my ironman 1.5 campaign, as egalitarian materialistic xenophobe, and i have just 1 planet so far (my capital). If I go along the route of embracing the worm, what effects will it cause? (spoilers ahead)

Bits which i suppose did not change in 1.5 (never seen them myself, just found out here and on reddit):

- Turning star into black hole
- Turning all planets into tomb worlds (all habitable planets? If i have sun + earth + candidate mars, will it turn mars into tomb world too?)
- Wiping all orbital resources from system
- Changing my species portrait
- Changing my species habitability to tomb world

But what about pop ethics? Does it change ethics the same way it did pre-banks? Or something different happens (like pops joining new faction)?

For now horizon signal is unplayable with 1.5 update and utopia. You cant finish it because the last necessary tech cant spawn for some reason.
