Hehe, sniper - from the experience I made so far they
a) do a good job
b) care for their products
so I give them the credit of "everybody makes mistakes" or "systems need to be updated from time to time"´. A message posted on boards a day in advance (if possible) helps a lot, though

In the past, whenever Vnet was down during a weekend, you would need to wait until Monday for it to get back up because apparently those responsible for Vnet do not work on weekends. Therefore, since the weekend has already arrived in Sweden, I'm not expecting Vnet to be back up until Monday.
Are you a newbie?
Read the Announcements when they go up. The Paradox Offices are being moved and things will be down for a few days - heck they are still waiting for their phones to be turned on yet.
Watch your attitude - it wont fit in here the way it is at the moment.
