An alternate history with the former British colonies having a falling out and the French Monarchy fleeing to Louisiana? Count me in!

Interesting concept, but did any changes occur in Europe? Because if all went historically there, Louis XVII would've been eventually restored to the French throne, though I suppose he could've been later overthrown by the Orleanists and forced to flee to Louisiana again. Still, it is weird.
