I got to the site, and I found the VIP 0.3C patch, but where do I get the prerequisite ones? This is the first time I've downloaded the VIP thingy.

Its enough. You do have have the latest Victoria patch thou.
You only need the lates patch

0.3 and 0.3B can be found at the end of the first post in the thread "VIP 0.3 Discussion" in the VIP subsection of this section of the forum.

Just the right thread I was looking for, and Just the right answers i found. I was wondering myself where I could get these mods, I went to the site, couldn't find the full version so I was lost.

Now i know I just need to put on the patch... THX

p.s. btw, if i install the VIP patch, will it allow me to choose between normal vanilla vicky mode and VIP mod vicky mode? or would it only allow me to play VIP mode?
