Changelog for VIP:R 0.3 Hotfix 1 :

-Set flags so that the 'End of the Liberal Revolution' event won't fire when a country hasn't had the Liberal Revolution
-The 'End of the Liberal Revolution' event won't fire for recently civilised nations anymore
-Event 157618 now fires for ENG, not FRA
-Removed the events which Carlist Spain gets regarding General Zumalacarregui - he died in 1835
-Corrected CHI 137203 so that the B choice sleeps the "China sends reinforcements to Korea" event, and doesn't trigger it.
-Corrected the DEI Infraction events so appropriate cultures are added and removed, as well as removing the nationalism effect by seceding all provinces to HOL first
-Changed the ID number for both of the "Workers Party Of Hawaii" parties as the pre-1875 party had the same ID as the "Conservative Party"
-Brazilian leader pictures fixed for: Marques de Tamandaré, Jesufno da Costa, Jose da Costa, and Jose Wandenkolk
-Fixed trigger for PRG 246014
-Corrected various action names replacing "ACTREJECT" with "ACTREFUSE"
-The B choice for TRE 275014 now sets the correct flag for the trigger in FRA 162459

-Removed RUS 32507 ("The Shimoda Treaty") from the vanilla events as there is a more advanced VIP chain already
-Corrected name and description for CHL 138024
-Fixed numerous names and descriptions for Scandinavian events regarding the Baltic lands
-Corrected IND 182238 so it now triggers AFG 102213, not IND 182213

-Changed the historical option A in RUS 251613 so that wealth voting rights aren't given (so now Russia won't become a constitutional monarchy through this choice). Option C now grants wealth voting rights, however
-Tweaked SAR 253058 so in AI-AI conditions Sardinia will gain units to fight Austria in the Italian Unification War (to simulate rebels siding with Sardinia)
-Added trigger condition to SAR 253063 to check for a peace treaty so that war isn't declared immediately after peace with Austria
-Retouched the monarchy flag for Colombia to remove the dark patches on the edge
-Retouched various leader pictures to remove green patches for some generals (Haynau, Montenuovo, Phillipovic, Ramming von Riedkirchen, and Serrano)

-Corrected the "habger" flag issue - many German events now won't fire when Austria unites Germany
-Tweaked the Purchase of Belize events for Mexico so that it checks that Mexico owns Yucatan first
-Removed Patagonia from the selectable nations - it is supposed to be a 'place filler' nation
-Tweaked Ernst Augustus' Constitution (verion 2) for Hannover so that if any of the German minors don't exist then it can fire (instead of needing them all to not exist)
-Hungary now gains Mitrovica and Fiume provinces when Croatia is transferred to them
-Prussia will now secede Hannover state to the SGF if Austria wins in the Seven Weeks War and Hannover has been annexed. It will also keep Deutch Krone province as this was part of West Prussia historically

-Germany loses cores on Croatia when transferring Croatia to Hungary
-Fixed the Bardo Treaty events so that if Italy contests by declaring war on France then France won't satellite Tunisia
-Added Scottish and Welsh to British India's accepted cultures, and adjusted British India's events accordingly
-The "Local Battalion Division" (part of the Bengal Army for British India) now has it's home province in Imphal and not Dibrugath
-Bremen, Frankfurt, Hamburg, and Lübeck are now democracies (they were "Free Cities" during the time)
-Fixed Mughalistan culture issues - cultures won't be lost upon formation
-All Yankee-cultured POPs get converted to the Dixie culture when the relevant southern states secede to the CSA (or converted to Texan in Texas)

-Changed the topology for Strassburg, Mulhausen, and Freiburg so that they have hills instead of mountains
-Changed the vegetation for Austin and Houston so that they have forests instead of being clear
