Playing Sweden, V:R+latest VIP, it's 1916, and I have a big problem - there is no production of rubber anywhere in the world! You can see how that cripples the economy - I cannot utilize electric gear factories which would enable me to produce cars, telephones etc.
So, how to make some rubbers RGO's?

You must be playing the 1836 scenario instead of the VIP one. In VIP, provinces get rubber RGOs by event, so if you load up in the 1836 (or any other non-VIP scenario) scenario, your game will go the whole time with no rubber RGOs.

I have the latest VIP with Revolutions and with OHgamer's Hotfixes(latest)

Oh, I've had this game since it came out (5 years or less, is it? I dont know, my aunty bought me the game since she thought that it would 'enhance' my historical and current events memory, which i thank her for since I am excelling in my current events class (hihi) ) and i finally decided (after quitely lurking) to register and be a part of the forum. Quite a story, huh?.
So anyway, I hope you can help me without having to reinstall the game and renstall all the VIP things again.
Btw, I've done a little bit of modding (I made all the states in Australia as individual states 'cuz I wanted to create a 'Downunder ACW' Scenario (yes, it was fun, pushing New South Wales into the Tasman Sea is interesting. LOL ) On the normal folders (meaning not on the VIP scenario folder) (Made it, made some events and it worked.)

1) to confirm you are playing the scenario with VIP in the name, not the original 1836 scenario. The only valid VIP scenarios are the ones with VIP in the name

A clean installation without your modding should confirm my guess.
My first thought was that you installed the HotFix 6 for Revolutions after installing VIP.
These are just guesses. I've not seen this ever.

Where can I get Victoria Improvement Project?
I'm not very good at this. Initially, I tried google (that was a disaster!) and found my way to these forums, but I can't seem to find a good download. Or maybe I'm just installing it wrong? I don't know. As I said, I'm not good at this.
A long time ago, someone was kind enough to give me links to several different files that I had to download and install in order. Regrettably, I don't have them anymore.
I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to be asking, but I'm really frustrated because I can't seem to get this working!

Here is the correct install order:
1) Install "Victoria: An Empire Under The Sun" (Any Patch - It Doesn't Matter)
2) Install the "Victoria: Revolutions" Expansion Pack
3) Copy The Folder Which Your 'Clean' "Victoria: Revolutions" Game Is In And Paste It To Desktop
4) In The Seperate Folder, Install VIP:R 0.1
5) Over This, Install VIP:R 0.2
6) Over This, Update With Hotfix #2 For VIP:R 0.2

Whats Compatible with VIP?
Just tried to load up the Map on Kinniken's Victoria Editor v0.5.1, And nothing happened I've used the Editor before, But Never with VIP, I don't think it's an Installation Problem.
Also, Before I go gung-ho and Install the No-Time-Mod (What ever it called) Is that OK with VIP?

Yeah it should work as it just changes the .exe file, and VIP doesn't. There won't be many events after the normal game time, however.
It's an ingame editor.
Oh Thanks, And Yes I am fully aware that the game ends in 1935
Actually just trying to install it and it says "File Size Version/Missmash", Maybe VIP does cause it problems after all?
