I would like to see the Sunni Serbs in Bosnia changed to Turks. The reason for this is purely gameplay (a seperate culture would be better but hey ).
They did call themself Turks, which should be reason enough per see
This will nicely solve some problems, when AH annekses Bosnia they can fully tolerate the Turks (after the cultuire ahs been added) and not like the Serbs.

I have reworked POPs in Croatia, Bosnia and Vojvodina...
In short the total population of Croatia will go up for about 10%, and percentage of Croats will go down. There will be small German and Hungarian minorities. Serbs will feature in Karlovac and some other places and will not be only solders...
Does anyone know when did Czech minority moved into western Slavonia? Apparently they came there as railway workers, so that could be a good lead...
Bosnian pop has not changed a lot - few smaller re-distributions (Novi Pazar is over-populated for example..). By far the biggest problem are Bosnian Muslims and their representation in game terms. Bosnian Muslims as it is widely accepted in these forums should be a separate ethnic group, not Serbs and Croats - but dunno what we have to do to get this done?!!
Vojvodina - In short less Serbs, more Hungarians.
I will put these on forum if you would like to see it. Hopefully we will have decision on Bosnian Muslims by then...

An example for you is that spanish and english settlements were NOT included in South America (although some reached 20K) because they dissapeared a year later.
