Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine and Finland are made German puppets. Do you mean a united Baltic Kingdom, i.e. Est + Lat + Lith as one kingdom?
There was Lithuanian kingdom for a short time in 1917 (only several months) IIRC with German prince as King “Mindaugas II”. Also there was an idea of independent Duchy of Courland.

Since I have been currently messing around with Belgium, noting how the POPs there are Walloons and Flemish, I would like to know if there are plans to remove Swiss culture pops and replace them with North Italian, South German and French pops. I would be glad to do such a minor modification, if someone could point me in the direction of some census information for the time period (ie, where each group was located, how many of each, etc)

Good for a WC but not a good choice for gameplay.
Switzerland it's a neutral country and it's better to keep a swiss culture for it (no interest for your neigbour to attack you).

That event sounds great, especially for me as taking that land is often one of my late-game goals anyways, but whats pangermanism? Havn't read any of the previous pages before this one(there's lots of pages :p). I've got a question about the event though, I was looking at the triggers, maybe I'm modding illiterate or something but do you have to be at peace with Russia for the event to get those provinces to fire? Or does it have to be satellited or what? Also I've got another idea, add another option which basically gives you no satellites. Something like "We want nothing to do with non-German nations" where Finland can be given to Sweden(or maybe Scandinavia can be created if not randomly created in game if this choice is given), and Russia and all the others that arn't the cores can be simply independant. Which could also possibly put the remians of Russia in alliance with the ones that were liberated, since Germany wouldn't be able to protect them.

idk, just some random ideas.

Bah I hate double-posting....But this is of an entirely different subject.

Does Germany still get the Bismarckian Reform or w/e it is? Good Healthcare, Good something else, Good something else(all I really care for is healthcare)? And around when would that be?

Also, what does the cultural war do? just the things pointed out or does going much in one way or the other do something?

The reforms should still be in.. but there was a trigger error afaik...

The cultural war is a thing between the prostestants and the catholics within the Reich (bavaria, polish guys etc.) and the pope... but somehow they are lil strange in my eyes...

The events(Historical or in the game)? Or the pope and the protestants and polish are all strange in your eyes? XD I'll look for the reforms event in the files though and find when it is, since I've asked before and don't want to ask again, especially if I'm just not gonna remember it I'm going to put the burden on myself to find the answer instead of someone else.

Oh and about the cultural war, like....I want the separation of church and state(aesthetic purposes) but I definitely don't want Bismarck to get a cap busted off in his ass o_O(lol) So like....how many of those events can I piss off the protestants, or catholics...ummm....how many of the events where Bismarck's chances of assassination increase can I do safely, I suppose I should say, since idk whether it's pissing off the catholics or protestants that increases the assassination chance.

Any news on whether or not that the Pangermanism thing will be included in next patch or is that happening behind the scenes during development(or not happening at all :p ). Because I <3 Giant empires, and that would be one, so I'm kind of enthusiastic about this. And would it be in a Ricky V.I.P or Vicky?

Ahh well in my last German game the reforms didnt fire(I checked the file, it said 1881-1885 was when it could fire, and I'm now in 1886), you mighta been right about the trigger not working properly....

Any ideas on how to fix it? I tried to manually fire it also but apparently I'm slow or something :p

I'm checking out the file now to see if I can figure it out, but I probably won't :p

and oh yeah...a clean sweep of EVERY German event(holy monkey that'd be a lot of work) or just the assassination? methinks you mean just the assassination though otherwise that'd just be crazy

I felt that Austria was too much of an obstacle. Furthermore, they could not unite Germany anyway (not that I know of, if they could it was near impossible). I think the year of revolutions should be a stronger pull for democracy. In the game youmostly deal with a few rebels here and there if you are a more powerful German minor. I think it should also have more of an immediate political affect.
I also felt it odd that Germany had no claims on Austria, even though Austria had been part of the German confederation

Well, Germany does have claims on 2 provinces, I believe(though I could be wrong) that it's Cieszyn and Troppau. About claiming the entirety of Austria though, idk.

That reminds me....historically did Germany gain those 2 areas which they had claims on? I know it doesn't give them to you in the Austro-Prusso war event. Were they acquired diplomatically or through another war or were they ever acquired?

Edit: Damnit, double post, my bad, the 2nd one though is the one where I made the changes(I clicked stop in my browser then made the changes)

The three provinces you speak of in Austrian Silesia, wasn't acquired by Germany until the annexation of Sudetenland in 1938, which was a diplomatical annexation.
None of these provinces were acquired at any point during the timeframe of Victoria.

Ahh I see, in Victoria it appears the Sudetenland doesn't even exist(at least the hilly border provinces that is), seeing as how it connects with the interior part of Czech. And I knew all about the Sudetenland from HoI2/Core. I woulda figured though that they had gotten it earlier. But then it wouldn't make sense that they would give part of it for the creation of Czechoslovakia(Unless it was a part of the Treaty of Versailles).
