Serbs started to resettle Kosovo after Balkan wars and more aggressively after World War I.

Ok, thnx for the info... :)

Ok i got the idea from someone else, don't remember the name, but there is a bug with two Azeri cultures, one being Azerbaijani and the other Azerbaidjani with a misspelled "d" being the only difference.

When we name them both Azeri, we have one empty slot for the Bosnians.

Great, but what about the hardcoded values of cultures?

I know, but one of the betas indicated that the cultures have hardcoded values (probably the main and secondary issues moralism, secularism etc...) So if you take a achinease culture you don't have to expect liberals at hearth :(

In this particular case, yes. The Balkans should be hard to keep for the Ottomans, however certain areas in the same should support the Ottoman rule, at least for a long while.
This areas need a culture that the OE will have, and that other areas won't have. ;)

I meant that besides this exception, there isn't any real need to add new cultures. The split between whites and semi-whites in the latin American countries can be handled with Spanish and Creole cultures, for example.

FOR TUNCH KHAN

There are to little Serbs in Kosovo because they were forbiden to call them selfs Serbs in Kosovo Vilayet after 1867 and Turkish expell from Sebian fortified cities.

They were minority but about 20-25%.

FOR MISKO
Great events. Svaka cast. I have some ideas for you because im not good in coding.
What about bombing affair in Montengro in I think 1907. It should lower MON and SER relations and raise MON and AUS relations.

Or some events for French and Russian military aid to Serbia in 1870`s (you know, building artillery factory in Kragujevac) and getting some french artillery and small arms for free.
Or 1888 Montenegro gets its writen Law Code (Opsti imovinski zakonik Valtazara Bogisica) that modernised Montenegro much.

MILOSE HVALA UNAPRED JUNACINO
And about Bosnia I think that we all agree that it should have 35% Bosnian Sunni 35-40% Ortodox Serbs 20% Catolich Croats and 5-10% Turkish Sunni because there were real Turks in bosnian cities then.

IMHO there should be some little Greeks in all over Serbia and they will be capitalists.

I hope we all will have normal discusion here not like in HOI moderen scenario.

Thank you all

Probably more in 1836. 150,000 left Kossovo in 1878-1912.

Or some events for French and Russian military aid to Serbia in 1870`s (you know, building artillery factory in Kragujevac) and getting some french artillery and small arms for free.

Military aid events would apply for more than one counry in the region.
French, and British missions in Greece, German missions in Turkey and so on. Regarding material wasn't Montenegro given something like 25,000 rifles from Italy in the Bosnian crisis?

IMHO there should be some little Greeks in all over Serbia and they will be capitalists.

Clercs. Not even Greece proper has capitalists in 1836.

Can`t check for myself for obvious reasons, but there should be a significant Greek minority along the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria as well. Is that represented?

Many important minorities were left out. There are no Greeks in Romanian principalities, either, even though they formed a major part of the Ottoman administration throughout the Balkans.

*nods* And they were hated for it. I wonder if the Greek history textbooks include bits about how "Hellenes" were ruthlessly enforcing the decrees issued by the Sublime Porte in Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia and Albania.

Prof. H. Berktay and S. Agnastapolou were drafting a comparative study of Greek and Turkish history textbooks three years ago, not sure if it's going to be published sometime soon...

No, something to take care of. Alongside introducing a muslim minority alonside it.
Places like modern Plovdiv were holding a combined Greek/ Muslim majority in 1876.

That's great. Was it published in Greek or English? I moved back to Turkey during that time and didn't really bother to check if it was published in Turkish. Prof. Agnastapoulu was here in Istanbul just two weeks ago but I missed that conferance :(
