No. First say "scr". Add an "a" as it is pronounced in "bad". Now you have "scra". Then add "ling" like it is pronounced in English.
If you never have heard Scandinavian accent you can't imagine how to pronounce it with a Scandinavian accent, but that description is as close you get with English pronounciation.

Without being unduly harsh (and believe me i have refrained from saying what i really would like to) i think you are involved in a thread that is simply beyond your capabilities.
This is a fantasy scenario, but i think you are looking for the disney version.

I've include new monarchs for the Micmac, the events proposed so far (or at least most of them) and *drumroll* first version of the flags! I have also revised the Vinland leaders to cut back on early exploration.
Note: I might have changed some details in a few events. Some I have posted suggestions on, others I have unfortunately not yet...

I have a little event suggestion for you here. As we know the colonies in Greenland disappeared, either due to climate changes or native aggressivness (or anything else). Based on this, I suggest a random event that may trigger if Greenland is owned by a Scandinavian country. Shortly, a part of the population in the colony will be forced to leave due to a colder climate (a colder climate support a lesser population) and these people will move to either Vinland/Iceland. This event will reduce the tax value/population in Greenland and raise population in Vinland.
I mentioned a beta website I have set up on page 8 -- I'm not advertising it much yet, because it's early in the scenario build yet...
