Latest changes, fixes, and add ons
After more discussions and advice Vinland will now start the scenario as Civilized by quite backwards, slighty behind the other backwards civilized nations such as those in South America.
The event that civilized Vinland through assistance now has been reduced and modified to choosing whom to take technical assistance from (for a price of course), the choices will be based on one's national religion (an event to choose that option happens beforehand). This technical assistance event will affect diplomactic relations as well as the primary areas people immigrat from later on.
The Ericsson events now simply give research points, invest enough money in Ericsson and one will get Ironclad technology and an Ironclad.
Vinland will have slaves in the beginning, it also has a fair size military Population (soilders make up 8.6% of the Pops in the beginning, not including Officers).
Vinland starts as a Monarchy with Landed voting only, no unions, censored press, and no public meetings, no other reforms.
Vinland starts with two factories: Canned Food and Lumber

Slavery and its end:
-- Progressive Vinland frees the slaves (earliest chance to free them, some reforms need to be in place as well as a more progressive government).

-- Last chance to free the slaves (if slavery is kept from the above events).
