I would like to throw a small request out there - the ability to read the full descriptions for all game events, even if they are not relevant to your nation.
The reason I ask this is that I think one of the lovely things about HOI is its ability to tell the story, day by day, of the history of the era. It is cool to see that, say, playing as England that Germany have decided to support the Spanish Nationalists, but I would like to learn more about what this actually means in-game.
Also, I think that it is stuff like this that helps root the game in reality, and this can help new players understand what is going on and get invested in their experience.
To take it a little further, I would love the ability to play videos within events (or make them an attachment to an event).
