The Old 'Oss event seems interesting. What exactly does it do, and do female rulers get different results (I'm assuming so)?
Like cybr said, it's a celebration held every 1st of May in the cornish town of Padstow (since in-game a day is like a second, in VIET the Obby Oss runs for around a month instead, which is consistent with other such features).
Anyway, shortly after you arrive in Padstow for the celebration, you will get an event that will branch the festival into a male or female path. If you are male, you will be invited to play the Old Oss this year and the random events you get in the festival will reflect that. Playing the Oss is abit like fishing as who knows who you'll be dragging under your cape, a peasant girl who had one too many drinks? a courtier who you have a cruch on?... a dude?

If you are female, since you are a noble of high ranking, the festival planners will want to know if this year you can be considered fair game to be caught by the Oss. Should you accept there'll be events about being dragged under the cape of an Oss with one too many drinks, girls who get dragged under the cape and are taking a long time to come out... things like that
Also make sure you have traits that would favor dancing, the Padstownians have a thing for calling on you to show off your dance moves.
