Videomode not supported

Well, now that 1,04 is i naturally dl:ed it.
The problem is that i cant play now :-(
I´ve uninstalled twice but it still dont work (yes, i have reinstalled it again).
When the game should start loading i get a message that "videomode is not supported" or something.
Can anyone give a hint to as was is at fault?

Are you running XP? If so, run a forum search on the name of the video mode that's not working (I think it's Bink, or something similar), and you'll find a fix.

I also found a zipfile? (en skruvtving på svenska) on my desk. Its called ÉUReader. Anyway i zipped to the EUII folder but it still doesnt work :-(

I have had this problem a few times with 1.03. It seemed to fix it self if I shut down and turned off (not just restarted) my computer, then turned it on and tried it again.

try to rename the AVI folder to AVI_OLD just to see if it's related to the video.

Otherwise, you can try updating your video drivers to the latest version.

Well i did shut down and restart.
And it worked
Unfortunatly it was 1,02 so the patch(es) had been deleted. But i dl:d 1,04 again and now it works.
Its a bit strange though.
