Victorria Complete CD

Hey Victoria fans

I was just made aware this evening in the CK forum, that Paradox have announced (but only in the swedish forums) that a Crusader Kings Complete, as well as a Victoria Complete CD will be made and sold in stores and various online shops.

For some reason I can't seem to find this announcement anywhere on the english forums, so I thought I would spread the word

It may be that due to licensing arrangements between Paradox and the original distributors in other nations, this will only be released in Sweden (or perhaps the EU as a whole, since Play is a UK company). Victoria was released back before Paradox did self-publishing, so they may be contractually prevented from releasing this to players in other nations where third parties hold the distribution rights.

that might explain why the publicity has only been in the Swedish forums.

They could have announced it in the english forum too ... even if only distributed in Europe. Seems to be information, many people would appreciate. If they can't release it in the US or other parts of the world, they could just say so in the announcement.

I see no reason why the information would only be available to swedish players (which basically are the only ones who visit the swedish forums).

If Paradox hadn't shut down the webshop, I am certain it would have been released there (or so it seemed from what I could gather from the swedish forum).

I already miss the Paradox Webshop. Hopefully there will be a retailer in the U.S. who will have the retail boxed version of this new Victoria package in stock.
