The american patch verson does not aply with the european victoria game

The 1.03 patch will work on 1.00, 1.01, & 1.02. Or so it claims in the download section.

This site seems to have 1.01. And, given the site is in Polish, it's probably a "european" version (Not knowing Polish, I'm not quite sure what it says on the page. Maybe you should get someone to translate first ). Although the English language patch should work on all English language versions, regardless of publisher.
