I recently got Victoria Revolutions off of Steam and when I try to play it, the opening video plays, and then a black screen comes up and the blue circle processing symbol comes up. It ends up giving you a 'program is not responding' message with the options to close the program or wait for the program to respond. I am not sure if running the game as the administrator would help, since the option doesn't come up when I right click on the Victoria icon. I did try reinstalling the game which didn't appear to work.
I have a lenovo yoga with windows 8.1 and intel core i5-3317u 1.7 GHz cpu and 4 GB of RAM if that is relevant.
