Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I as Belgium started a war against the Netherlands to Conquer Holland. I added on Transfer Luxembourg. I then added Hummilate Netherlands to sway the East India Company. After the Netherlands capitulated I see all of the war goals being enforced, but then I am still at war with Great Britain and Prussia (Netherlands Allies) over the war goals Transfer Luxembourg (which is recognized as invalid) and Humiliate Netherlands. I capitulate from the war and the remaining participants are still fighting over the Humiliate Netherlands war goal.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start war against another nation, sway allies with a humiliating war goal and add a transfer subject war goal for your self. Win war by capitulating enemy. See war continue with original nations allies
