Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
i was winning the war and pushing them back, i wouldve definetly occupied their whole country if i hadnt been force peaced out because norway had big high amounts of war score, i think this is super annoying balance and i should definetly win this war not lose
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
they had gotten warscore by pushing me at the beginning i think
