Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Despite having laws that republican radicals prefer, the event "Radicals at the Gates" has fired, which describes radical revolutionaries opposing the government. This makes no sense as I do not have a monarchy, and all of my laws are either endorsed or strongly endorsed by the Radical trait. There *is* a revolution progress bar, but it is ticking down, and is for restoring the monarchy. Other than UI mods, I have one that allows a choice of 3 people for generals instead of 2, and another adds a button to the esc menu to enable debug.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue


Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I'm guessing that it's a case of bad triggers, such as checking for a revolution without checking whether said revolution is of the right type.
