Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
A "Swedish Capitalist Revolt" formed of a coalition of industrialists, intelligentsia, and trade unions. It has a communist flag and the Council Republic government type, but is led by a king and listed as a Monarchy.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Unclear, but probably could potentially result from any industrialist+union revolt after communism is discovered.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
The name/flag mismatch is probably because the industrialists are the largest faction in the revolt.

The name resolved to "Communist Sweden" after a few weeks, but the von Wittelsbach king is still in charge.
