Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Alright so I am playing as the Aussies and decided to take a treaty port. However, after some time or perhaps after clicking the surveying the Suez event the port suddenly switches to the Austrians without any cause.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
* Take the port Suez off the Egyptians as the Aussies
* Perhaps it is due to surveying?
* Canal suddenly flips to Austria

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

I have attached a save game

I had the same issue in a campaign as Spain. I took the canal area from Egypt in a war, and then it flipped to France once I started building the canal. I think it might be that the AI still has the journal option to buy the canal area from Egypt if you acquire it through a diplomatic play instead of just buying it yourself, thus selling land they no longer own.

Had the same exact issue just happen, but playing as Germany and France taking it away after I conquered one of the Suez tiles via Treaty Port and starting the construction. I've done the survey long before conquering the port, so I don't think it has anything to do with that but more with what Eclipse said. Weirdly enough I wasn't able to buy the tiles off of Egypt even though I chose the Diplo play to get the canal so I had to conquer it.
