Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Logging camps appear to exist all over the world, with the exception of some deserts. However, it does not exist in Kyushu and Ryukyu in Japan.
This is strange because both islands are located in a temperate zone and are rich in nature.There is no reason to treat it as a desert.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start as Japan and see the buildings view of Kyushu and Ryukyu
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
