Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When a Junior Partner Personal Union is a target of a Diplo play, while their Suzerain is called into the war, other junior partners are not called into the war.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Play Prussia and attempt to take Schleswig-Holstein by transfering the vassals, this ends up being difficult because while you can use a transfer subject Diplo play on Holstein, Schleswig is not called into the war, cutting off the direction to war.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Preferably this wouldn't happen if all transfer subject plays target the Suzerain instead of the Subjects.

In case this is a issue only in this savegame, i attached a savegame

in the image, you can see Schleswig is missing from the list of enemies

I experienced the same problem in 1.04.

I made Denmark a marionett as Sweden, which gives me Schleswig and Holstein also as Subjects.

During another war, some Danish made a Revolt in the northern part. Now I can´t go to them because Schleswig didn´t join the war. The only possibilty is a Naval Invasion and that fails becaus of other Reasons/Balance Problems/bug.
