Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I tried to go for the Langfang achievement but incorporating north borneo takes 20 years instead of the 5 it should since the game thinks our cultures have nothing in common while both are from Bornean and Dayak cultures.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start with lanfang conquer north borneo and incorporiate the state.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
