Short summary of your issue
Having a Goldreserve-Limit surpass 1B makes it go to 1K (the game seems to have problems in generell with too large numbers)

Game Version
1.0.3

What OS are you playing on?
Windows

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Have you tried verifying your game files?
Yes

How much "pain" is this causing you?
8

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
If your economy is so big that the Limit of your goldreserve would surpass 1B it breaks down to 1K. This happend to me as Belgium near the end of the game with full reserch unlocked and a GDP of 4.5B. If the GDP goes down again (under the threshhold) the goldreserve Limit goes back to the right value (sadly the save from back when I was at exactly that point is not a cloudsave anymore).
This is a pretty signigficant problem since this means you are not able to save up any Gold and are also triggering all the negative effects that come with saving up too much gold.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Grow your economy to a GDP of 4.5B (or more) and reserch everything or increase your goldreserve-limit to over 1B in any other way.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I would asume that this is some sorte of integer overflow (1B is pretty close to 2^30). Therefore I think it could be related to the Bug, where the political power of partys goes to 0 if it grows too big (also happend in that game; so I attached a screenshot of this to).
I think it could be a generell issue with large numbers (wich are quite often in this game) so it could be worth it look at it in a more fundamantal way (I also attached screenshots of all integeroverflows I spotted in that save).

I have attached a save game
Yes

I was able to recover an earlier save around 2 ingame years after the bug first occured. If you stop all Construction and delete some buildings, you can go back below 4.5B GDP and the goldreserve-limit recovers.
I want to add that the save is pretty laggy without using alot of my CPU, GPU or RAM. But I think that could be a result of the bug mentioned above.

There's so many stack overflow problems in the game right now. Like come on paradox, you made a number go up simulator but you didn't program the numbers to be able to go up very far???
