Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
It appears, that Glassworks for some reason have :
building_bureaucrats_shares_add = 1
building_capitalists_shares_add = 1
instead of =5 as for all other buildings in capitalist/state ownership.
Also there is building_farmers_shares_add = 1 in 02_agro.txt for private and publicly traded ownership.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Look in game\common\production_methods and search for glassworks
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
