Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
i loaded up my 1902 germany save, and then i looked at france's population. france's total population and population projection were fine, but their incorporated and unincorporated population were the exact same as mine (I attached 2 images showing the bug)
Also, i tried loading the save without the single mod i was using and the bug was still there
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I have no idea on how to, it just happened randomly and out of nowhere
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
