Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
My admiral is patroling the coast at south africa HQ and France is landing troops in Zululand (my puppet). My Admiral does not intercept the landing.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Have an enemy land a puppet of yours while your geneal is patroling the coast.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

I only have this one from the start of the war but you can put a navy to patrol zulu, france will land there and the admiral will not intercept. I resolved the issue by annexing zulu before declaring the war and france picked another wargoal.

Hi Shaddarhim! We have reviewed your save and while we can confirm that it occurs in your save, we could not successfully reproduce it in our internal version of the game.
It is possible that the underlying logic got changed and that it won't occur again in games started on the upcoming 1.3 patch.
Please let us know if it happens again after the 1.3 patch is released this month!
