Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I downsized completely empty buildings and noticed they generated Radicals and reduced Loyalists due to "...from downsizing of State Buildings where their Profession has Ownership Shares", even though there are no Pops with Shares in the affected building.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. Start as Qing, enable fastbuild
2. Construct a Cotton Plantation in Shandong
3. Downsize it
You now have +116.23k Radicals from downsizing, if you hover the Radicals Tooltip, even though no one ever worked there.
I understand that this behaviour is probably by design, but compare this to:
1. Start as Qing
2. Downsize 1x Wheat Farm in Shandong
You now have +120.77k Radicals, even though this time you actually fired 5k employees
Qing is obviously an extreme example due to its size, but tearing down an empty, unused, building should not be penalized in almost the same way tearing down a used, functional building, would.
Right now, all 1.5 million Qing Farmers have their emotional investments tied to the Barns and the Fences on the land, rather than the wellbeing of their fellow human Farmers.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I believe the "DOWNSIZE_BUILDING_POP_TYPE_RADICALIZATION_SHARED_FACTOR = 0.05" in 00_defines.txt defines the magnitude of this behaviour
