Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Blinding colorful lights appear on country borders when zoomed in and disappear, revealing a white map when zoomed out, zooming in extremely close where you can't see the country borders looks normal
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
First few seconds of gameplay are fine but the map changes when opening the political tab or clicking on another country
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
