Short summary of your issue
can't not zoom in, constant 1 sec click scroll wheel zoom... unplug mouse/keyboard, no change; alt-tab to diff program, no zoom; search all victoria files on pc, delete; no change; HOW DO I STOP THIS?????

Game Version
1.2.7? idk, most recent as of MAY 8th

What OS are you playing on?
Windows

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Have you tried verifying your game files?
Yes

How much "pain" is this causing you?
10

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
guess I already did that in the short summary... it just zooms in; from all the way out to all the way in it takes about 6-10 seconds. I have tried everything I can think of prior to wiping the drive and starting all over with a fresh windows install and all that jazz

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
idk... it happens and now ALL games in vicky are this way; not ck3, not eu4...

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
idk, teams/zoom share screen so you can see? IT DOESN"T MATTER THE SAVE... IT EVEN OCCURS DURING NEW SELECTION OF COUNTRY... IF IN MAP, ZOOM :(

not yelling just emphasizing :)

I have attached a save game
No

Hello again Lotus Lo!

We have reviewed your safe file and it doesn't seem to have anything wrong with it. There are no rare behaviors when navigating the title and everything seems in place. Could you please attach your logs for further information? If this doesn't work we'd recommend you make sure you do a clean installation of Victoria 3 as there might be some leftover files. We know you have mentioned you uninstalled the title but in case there are some in your user profile or Documents.

Apologise for the inconvenience

OH man you had me so hopeful for a second on the controller thing since my xbox controller was plugged in! But no, still sadpanda

OK, it is not dependent upon any save, it does it in the 'pick your country' map when you start a new game
ALSO, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Vicky, Steam, Any/all files on C:\ that I can find related... I have scrubbed it as well as I can.

STILL ZOOMS :(

Maybe the cloud saves had something to do with that and restored the previously corrupted files that were causing the issue. Glad to know it's now fixed and thank you all that gave suggestions. Updating the post!
