Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Opening the laucher, click Game settings, there is only "Open game in Debug Mode"

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Opening the laucher, click Game settings, there is only "Open game in Debug Mode", and setting wheather it windowed, then I check the pdx_settings.txt, it still windowed, however, when I launcher that, I found it fullscreen. Fullscreen gaming is very ANNOYING!

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

OK, when I clear my profile, all is done and it recover. however, it seems very weird problem.
