Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I've looked at their Laws and the Laws of their revolutionary uprising, they share the same flag and the Revolutionary nation lacks the "rip" in the flag that they otherwise have - such as in Pontianak that currently has rebels as well.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Not sure, I just noticed. It could be due to the patch; the only mod I'm using fixes the Trade Center INFRA issue.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
