Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
GB has the wargoal of war reparations against me which requires them taking land from me to enforce. They occupy 0.0% of my land yet my war support drops below 0 because the game thinks they control 100% of their wargoals somehow.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

Got another one: This time France occupied the war goal of north borneo but I was able to retake it. But the warscore keeps ticking down because some of north borneo is impassable terrain so I cannot retake it. So many gamebreaking bugs in your war system ...

I think it happens when the primary wargoal surrenders. The savefile from 27.4.1919 is from the start of the war from the last screenshot. I enforced against bengal and then my warscore started dropping below 0 although france didnt take the wargoal.

Correct, this should be As Designed. While the country you're currently fighting does not have any war goals available to you, you're also not achieving your military demands. So in this case warscore should automatically decrease. Thank you for your collaboration and sharing al the info required!

So they can decrease my war support below 0 because I cant reach my wargoals but I cant decrease theirs at the same time even through they cant reach their wargoals? If thats working as designed its an awful design.

You were the initiator of the conflict, that is the main reason why. Also, in the save you shared, you have War Goals towards France that you are currently not achieving either, while as time progresses they were successfully conquering the only War goal they had on you.

The savefile I provided was from the start of the war. How exaclty are they occupying the wargoals?
Even the initiator of the conflict cant drop below 0 war support if the enemy does not take the wargoal which was not the case in all 3 wars I provided screenshots from.
The issue is not the decrease in war support which it should do due to casualties and other factors but it should not drop below 0 because both war parties have untaken wargoals against each other yet the game somehow thinks the wargoal of France is fulfilled so my war support drops below 0 which again should not happen if there are no different gamerules for Ai and player since last patch.
The issue lies in case of my savefile in the situation that I enforced my wargoal against punjab and after that the game behaved like there were no more wargoals against me.
