Have you ever wanted to maximize the industrial ability of your country but defeated by the annoying micromanagement and complicated UI in Victoria 2?

Have you ever wanted to create a truly planned economy but at the end became so annoyed at keeping your states organized that you switched to Laissez-Faire?

FEAR NOT!!!

I proudly present you this Victoria II - State Planner ver 0.1 which is going to help you achieve micro-managing your country to the extremes!

Whether you are playing an OPM Luxembourg or the micro nightmare Chinese Empire your country is going to thrive and prosper under the great State Capitalism where you manually shut down all AI built factories and enjoy a better bonus than Planned Economy without not knowing what factories are supposed to be in your states!

The instructions are very simple. For every state copy the table from the "Blank State" and rename it to the name of your state. Change any RGO that state produces to "Yes", and copy the entire row of the factory you want to build / simulate build into the slots on top. There are also space to input population data and change the culture and coastal-or-not of the state, but those are not necessary as they don't affect any calculations.

In future versions I will make a summary page which briefly shows all the states and the factories it contains as well as other simple information.
