Victoria II complete edition steam page doesn't working

I want to buy Victoria 2 with 2 main DLCs but steam complete edition page doesn't working. When i try to open the page it directs me to main steam menu. And i don't want to pay much more by buying them separately. How do i solve this problem? Please help
