Victoria II, comparable to HOI3/SF?

hoi3 is about war. in victoria II war is not that important, politics, economy and diplomacy are far more important.

We need a one game with all this elements!

HoI 4 perhaps?

I must say i enjoy EUIII, but am missing things like the OOB of HOI. On the other hand, EUIII is more realistic when it comes to occupying and encorporating provinces into your empire of conquest. Dont know about Vicky coz in the end i bought EUIII.

But stealing the best things out of those three games and adding some new ideas for a possible HOI4? YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
