People are saying Steam works on US time. so 7-8 hours till their people wake up/get to it.

im trying but hell no its not working...i even restarted the download from scratch (for the 5th time ) still no clicked unpause about 100 times now bad luck i guess

Yeah, the error does say either that the server can't read the end of the stream of that it won't accept the request. So either way, people can't finish the download.

I had to restart the DL.exe (not the whole download!) three dozen times, and at last it worked.

I got mine working as well. For those of you still trying, get the download up to 95% and click the unpause button. If you get the error, quit the download but keep the files. Then pull up your downloads folder in My Documents, click on the download client, and you'll get a connection to another server. Most of them have the error, but a few of them will allow you to download past the 95% to get the full file! Keep trying till you get it!

I've talked to the GG technicians..

The server problems should be solved now. (And propagating through servers right now.)
