I can do without the snippy comments thank you very much. Dont recall suggesting Paradox should work for free either by the way.

It seems like a fair price to me, considering I will personally get hundereds of hours of entertainment out of it. €20 could also get me 4 hours' entertaiment at my local cinema, so it compares well.

Yeah I agree, always makes me laugh when people criticize prices of games (although some are overpriced) given the amount of time you spend with them.

Again, just for clarity- was not criticizing the cost of the game. 15GBP for Vic2 is very reasonable. I am questioning the cost of an expansion pack.

The game would have been 30 or 40 dollars on release, so half that for an expansion seems reasonable on release, and it goes down quickly.

Well V2 was ~40GBP when it was released, like most PC games, and lower than some. It's cheaper now because it's been out for over a year and games tend to get discounted over time.

Yeah, and it's also fairly standard practice for most distributors to cut the price of a game when the expansion comes out, to boost the expansion's potential market. Galciv2+expansions was always cheaper than each new expansion when they were released, to the point where you could get the game and 2 expansions for £5 less than the final expansion alone.

Would it be possible to have an option in the GG installer were you can point it to the directory the game is installed. For some odd reason the installer could not find my copy of Victoria, probably due to a re installation of Windows 7.

Install Vic2 base game again. It's a small download. No point in making installer changes for very small percentage of people with broken registry entries (reinstalled OS after game install). It would cost precious developer time and every new version is an added support cost.

AHD is in english, when i buy this, and a german translation will be released, can a download the german version? Or must i buy AHD again in german?
