Actually, I think the truth is as follows:

1) Zero (0) people work at Paradox

2) Paradox is realy run by aliens (take a look at their logo, also an alien can be clearly seen on the right part of the picture)

3) The picture shown was actually taken with a Polaroid camera at a party held by the employees of an un-named Pizza Hut restaurant in New Jersey

4) Somebody spilled beer all over the photo before it was fully developed, so it is now yellow

Unless anybody can come up with solid proof of the opposite, I think all four parts are valid.
