Well... it works. I ended my game in Vicjy playing with Brazil, but in AOD, it produced a Bizarre game. Specially because industries are also converted and railways correspond to infraestructure. So, France just has 20 IC and all provinces only have just 20 infraestructure on my game... URSS is substituted for Russia, that just has 50 IC, and all key provinces are in the ocident.
Well, I did'nt played the game for a long time. Just from 1936 to 1937. IC was converted quite correctly. My Brazil had an IC of 75, United States of 850, France and Russia of something near 22. Everything compatible with my game in Vicky.
Rio de Janeiro had a victory point of 23, and all Great power nations had capital provinces with pointes ocilating from 15 to 40. All minors capitals had 10 points.
But... no event happened.
Germany declared war on 1836 to Scandinavia, Austria and Russia. Austria to Otoman Empire.
Since the IC of some contries (including Brazil) was somewhat incompatible with the Resources these countries have... the game was long term unplayable.
And, of course, It's not nice to play WW2 if no WW1 happened
But I admit, when the game was loading on AOD I had to choose ignore in a lot of error popups that appeared.

It won't work perfectly, I imagine. You're going to need to edit the resulting save file to make it more compatible to AOD.
