I dont really understand, the color picker tells me the exact RGB code of the pixel on the image.
What I mean is that perhaps the second line is from a setting that only changes green and red, while the fourth line is from a setting that changes greed, red and blue?

I don't really like the possibility due to it not seeming too historical
If that's the case I do hope they find a name that sounds more fitting to the 19th century
Maybe it is a state resulting from a slave uprising? Lets be honest, it never happened but it wouldn't be too outside the realm of possibility, though it would be a short lived state as the USA would- peaceably or not- return them to the Union

Is that a South Carolina owned by New Afrika in the Income Prediction picture?
Looks like a rough game for America as you can also see that the CSA or another nation with a gray map color owns some of the Deep South.

During Sherman’s “March to the sea”, he ran into far too many freed slaves. He was afraid the large group would slow him down, so he set up many of the now freed slaves to work on confiscated land along the coast as a temporary wartime policy.

Then the war ended, Lincoln was assassinated, and Johnson became the President, who spent the later part of his post war term attempting to reverse the wartime confiscations and give the land back to the dispossessed whites who owned the land before.

What if this land reapportionment was allowed to remain?
Note that more than 400k (57%) of the population of SC were black slaves in 1860 (plus another 10k free blacks). Free them all and give them a vote, and who knows what would have happened if they were allowed to keep the lands they were allotted during the war…

And what reason would they have to declare independence right after they gained freedom and land?

Thank you for the video guys, the game looks really promising,

However it was somewhat strange and funny to see how you presented basic things from the industry (that existed at least in 90s) as if they are a Columbus discovery.

Keep up! Hope to see real stuff.

In that sense then, they are Columbus discoveries: something somebody else found first, ages beforehand.

>encourage industry
is that means pops (like capitalist) will now build buildings by themselves?
No. It's in with other authority decrees like Road Maintenance and the Greener Grass Campaign, so probably just using your authority capacity to boost an industrial sector's productivity in a state.
