Love the model of the Greek Orthodox Labourer woman carrying the largest sack in the history of sacks. That's called hustle mindset, take note.

Looking nice. I wonder whether modifier plus 5 percent to population growth "Legal guardianship" in Ottoman Empire is a thing for Muslim nations or something that belongs to countries without gender equality in general

Legal Guardianship is a Law, you can see it in a screenshot in the Laws DD. So basically it´s the "Women barely have rights" Law, in general.

I assume Upper Class POPs are reported as starving here because there aren’t any in the state? Seems like something to fix, though. Maybe a “N/A” display option or something?

I know Slaves will not contribute any political clout since their Strength is zeroed out, but it still seems odd that they are so supportive of the Landowner Interest Group.

Nitpicks aside, very exciting! Glad we get so many maps of states across the world.

I believe we have not seen these UI elements before and I find them very interesting!

The Journal Entry on Paranoid Slave Owners in particular is fascinating and I wonder if this has anything to do with the approach the team is taking in regards to events in Victoria 3? Regardless, it looks very nice for immersion purposes.
Gold Discovered is more simple in nature, the message looks timed and akin to notifications in CK3 or minor events in Imperator but very nice to see its addition here!

I was looking the images of South American States. And actually 'Antioquía' is misspelled. The actual Department of Colombia is 'Antioquia' without accent in the 'i'. Aside for that little detail, awesome job!

Nice! Thank you, I'm impatient to know how what seems to be maritime routes works.

I'm wondering if journal entries are maybe a replacement for the newspapers from Victoria 2? That's an out of the blue guess but it seems to serve the similar purpose of giving the player an easier way of keeping track of goings on.

Now if that is the case I would sort of feel two ways about it. It's definitely more readable than the newspapers but also cuts out all of the flavour and charm. Your mileage may vary! Or I could just be flat out wrong and journal entries serve an entirely different purpose.

it would please many players if there are ways to support slave revolts eg. providing weapons and/or funding or cooperation with
aspiring forces locally pirates?
gold: not only should discovery be enabled if its state as in other screenshot. people do stupid things and venture out without permission (indiana jones). in this case also extra options in spy section to protect foreign not yet acquired assets and or elimination options as well as options to invest in surveillance parties indiana jones(somewhat like stellaris surveillance ship idea).

It seems the team decided on a geographical split for Bengal (north and south, using the Ganges) instead of a political/cultural one. Also, it's great to see that the eastern and western borders of the two states actually match those of East Bengal's eastern borders and West Bengal's western borders, too. I'm very happy with this decision.
