Victoria 2 Multiplayer: Make please it easier

Hello. I have a question: Well, will the Paradox make it easier to play multiplayer in Victoria 2? Cause it's really hard to do it for now.
I don't want to play with Hamachi if I bought an original game from Steam, I want to play it online like Europa Universalis for example.

V2 is not in production and there have been no announcements regarding V3 so no one knows.
