2) Extract the vic.exe file to your VIC directory.

3) You can run Victoria NTL.exe

Independence of some countries to add / change area
Some countries' national colors / Change profile
World War 1 related balance adjustment
Add events after World War I and after treatment
The inter-war period nonaggression Add events

Wow, this is just beautiful. And I have your old upload too, if you need it for anything.
 
From what I remember, the worldwide era of peace (1919 scenario) isn't much more than a few good events and an historically accurate map. Care to add to your mod? If the download link for TWEP isn't working, I still have it saved on my computer.
 
What do you mean? The year? You would need the unlimited time patch for regular Victoria (non Revolutions) to patch it to go past 192 whatever. But with the features this has it most likely by no means can be installed over original Victoria and still run - you're just going to have to purchase Revolutions (the expansion).
 
Sorry for calling you a bot.... ;) but yes, 0.0001% chance your human, it is compatible with Vic:Rev. Steam is just the download company.
 
thanks. and last time I checked I still peed like normal......although the older I get the more and more I feel the need to oil joints :/

I ask because I have noticed that Steam edits their exe to some games, and I have had a devil of a time trying to get a ntl patch to work......finally just went out and found a non steam copy as well LOL

High sorry to bump this but I have an instillation question. There are several world name files, so which is the one I need to install in the main directory? Also, just wondering what happened to the Thirty years' war scenario that was originally in this mod.
 
Well I also play FtG, so you whatever you choose, I support it :D
I also wanted to add much more events to FtG, but the event system is a bit beyond me. However adding pictures to the FtG events is easy, and it looks great with it. This mod could be updated as well, and if we would polish the old Vicky graphics a bit, I think this would still be quite a fun game.
 
I have the 1.11a upload. but it's too big to upload threw the forums, so if you recommend a different site to upload (filefront is no more) I can do that for you.
