I was wondering if their was a way to convert saves from vicky to ricky I have been thinking of getting ricky, an i just wanted to know if it was possible

Try asking in the main Victoria forum or maybe in the Scenarios and Modifications subforum. I don't know what's different in saves because I don't have Revolutions, but I'm sure someone else can answer your question.
No, there are enough changes in Victoria:Revolutions that old Victoria savegames will act very weird if attempted to be played with Revolutions.

I'm thinking to do an EU2 MyMap game and then convert it to Vicky, save, and then play on in Ricky (there is not yet a direct converter for EU2 MyMap to Ricky, and unlikely to be one).
I won't be able to test if this works though till the end of the week.
