Does anyone know when, if and where the hard box verison of Vicky II will be available in the U.S.? I tried posting this on the Vicky II board but it wouldn't allow it, cause I don't have a registered version of the game. What a stupid change it the way the forum worked.

The boxed version is available in the United States, from amazon.com amongst other websites.
