Vulture I posted this several times before and I think I know why you never see this bug. This happens only with patch 1.05c. If you install CORE 0.62, Vichy does not have this problem.

I am not sure I am just telling if you. If you play HOI with patch 1.05c and no CORE patch that Vichy French troops in North Africa are always out of supply.
If you play with CORE then they are fine.
If you play with CORE then they are fine.
